1. In this study a case of ovarian hemangioma in wild boar is described with histological characterization and immunohistological detection of von Willebrand's factor (vWf), CD31, CD34,Ulex europeaus agglutinin 1 (UEA1), vimentin and keratin in formalin fixed tissue sections.

Beschrieben wird ein ovarielles Hämangiom beim Wildschwein unter Verwendung histologischer Verfahren sowie von immunhistologischen Methoden zum Nachweis des von Willebrand-Faktors (vWf) sowie von CD31, CD34,Ulex-europaeus-Agglutinin 1 (UEA1), Vimentin und Keratin an Formalinfixierten Gewebsschnitten.

Under 2 600 surgical specimens examinated in the salivary gland register from 1965 to 1974 1 067 tumour cases (41%) were found. 929 of these cases (87%) were epithelial tumours, 89 (8%) non-epithelial tumours (hemangiomas etc.) and 49 (5%) metastases or periglandular tumours. 71,5% of the epithelial tumours could be classified as benign (51,5% pleomorphic adenomas, 20% monomorphic adenomas), 28,5% as malignant (2,5% acinic cell tumours, 6% mucoepidermoid tumours, 20% carcinomas).

Unter 2600 Operationspräparaten, die im Rahmen des Speicheldrüsen-Registers von 1965–1974 zur Untersuchung gelangten, befanden sich 1067 Tumorfälle (41%). Davon entfielen 929 Fälle (87%) auf die Gruppe der epithelialen Tumoren, 89 Fälle (8%) auf nicht-epitheliale Geschwülste (Haemangiome u. a.) und 49 Fälle (5%) auf Metastasen oder periglanduläre Tumoren. 71,5% der epithelialen Tumoren waren benigne (51,5% pleomorphe Adenome, 20% monomorphe Adenome), 28,5% maligne (2,5% Acinuszelltumoren, 6% Mucoepidermoidtumoren, 20% Carcinome).
